Sea Change Cannabis was the first legal recreational store to open on the Olympic Peninsula in July 2014 (and 5th in the entire state!) Our mission since day 1 has been to enjoy our liberty as residents of Washington State by offering high quality cannabis at fair prices. We are proud to be part of the first phase of legalization.
